ANALISIS STRUKTUR LAYANAN INFORMASI DIGITAL PADA WEBSITE PERPUSTAKAAN NASIONAL REPUBLIK INDONESIA

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong lembaga perpustakaan untuk mengembangkan layanan digital guna meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap sumber informasi. Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia menyediakan berbagai layanan informasi digital melalui website resminya yang dapat diakses secara daring oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur layanan informasi digital yang terdapat pada website Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia serta perannya dalam mendukung akses literatur digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik analisis sistem terhadap fitur layanan yang tersedia pada website Perpusnas. Proses penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap struktur menu layanan, jenis sistem informasi yang terhubung dengan portal website, serta fungsi dari masing-masing layanan digital yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website Perpusnas berfungsi sebagai portal layanan informasi yang mengintegrasikan berbagai sistem perpustakaan digital seperti katalog online, portal pencarian koleksi nasional, layanan e-resources, serta aplikasi perpustakaan digital. Struktur layanan tersebut memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pencarian, penelusuran, dan akses literatur digital melalui satu platform layanan berbasis web. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan layanan digital pada website Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia berperan penting dalam meningkatkan akses informasi dan penyebaran pengetahuan bagi masyarakat.

ABSTRACT

The development of information technology has encouraged libraries to develop digital services to improve public access to information resources. The National Library of the Republic of Indonesia provides various digital information services through its official website that can be accessed online by the public. This study aims to analyze the structure of digital information services available on the National Library website and its role in supporting digital literature access. The research method used is a descriptive approach with system analysis techniques focusing on the service features available on the Perpusnas website. The research process was conducted through observation of the service menu structure, types of information systems connected to the website portal, and the functions of each available digital service. The results show that the Perpusnas website functions as an information service portal that integrates various digital library systems such as online catalogs, national collection search portals, e-resources services, and digital library applications. This service structure allows users to search, explore, and access digital literature through a single web-based service platform. Therefore, the use of digital services on the National Library website plays an important role in improving access to information and knowledge dissemination for the public.
